Abstract

Large calcifying cell Sertoli cell tumors are a rare entity that accounts for less than 1% of all pediatric testicular tumors. We present the case of a 14-year-old male who attended the pediatric urology consultation due to an increase in left testicular volume. Incidental ultrasound findings revealed a tumoral lesion in the lower pole of the left testicle. A radical orchiectomy was performed, with a histopathological report diagnosing a large-cell calcifying Sertoli cell tumor.
